1. Subscription Payments

  • Payments for subscriptions are processed through third-party platforms (e.g., App Store, Google Play, Paddle, or Lemon Squeezy).

  • Your purchase is subject to the refund rules of the payment platform you used.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • We generally do not issue refunds once a subscription has started.

  • Refunds may be granted in exceptional cases, such as:

    • Duplicate payment.

    • Technical error preventing access to the Service.

    • As otherwise required by applicable law.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • If you purchased through the App Store or Google Play, please request a refund directly via your store account.

  • If you purchased through Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, or another payment provider, please contact their customer support.
